HYLJE Xtreme is the king or queen of thermal overalls. It is the warmest overall in the HYLJE -family and is designed especially for arctic circumstances and working in extremely cold weather. Originally, HYLJE Xtreme was designed for authorities snowmobiling suit so it fills very high requirements. HYLJE Xtreme is very trusted among our customers.
In addition to snowmobiling, HYLJE Xtreme is suitable for reindeer farming, long safaris during the coldest day of the year. Moreover, you do not need to feel cold during ice fishing trips in the coldest breeze. The main fabric is abrasion resistant, but still supple during frosties weather. It is very water resistant yet still breathable.
Even the strongest men will not feel cold wearing this overall. The sizing fits Finnish bodytype and sizes are available for everyone from fine ladies to bigger men. Detachable suspenders help to adjust the overall to fit perfectly every user. The upper part is equipped with two-way zipper and you can lower the overall down with suspenders while going inside quickly or just simply to enjoy some refreshements and sunny spring weather. You can also adjust the overall using the mid-belt.
Xtreme has been tested during sleet and snow storm. The front placket, which can be closed using velcro and snap fastenings keeps the cold wind outside even if you are only wearing underwear under the overall. HYLJE Xtreme has cellular plastic located on knees, elbows and bottom which isolates the cold and water. Collar, which can be adjusted with a long stamp is handy to tighten so a helmet sits on top of the collar. The hood can also be adjusted with stamps and wire robe as well as with drawstrings on the front of the hood. The fur trimming won’t let the breeze hit your face.
HYLJE Xtreme has several pockets in order to carry small items. It has a warm inside pockets and bigger breast pocket with wadding for radiotelephone. Additionally, the overall has two zipper pockets on chest and thigh pockets with flaps, zips and velcro fastening. The ribbed cuffs covers the hands and adjustable stamps on sleeves that covers the fingers from frost.
For snowmobiling, overall has D-rings located on both sides of waist. Visibility is also taken into accout since Xtreme has wide reflective tape on trouser legs, on sleeves, on back and on shoulders. Bottom legs have long, two-way zippers to help to put on the overall. Moreover, the trouser legs have snow gaiters. The croch seam is also taped.
